The decreased preparation requirements are welcomed by those affected and our procedures shine in situations where tenants are not very cooperative in doing the preparations. Basic preparations include decluttering the floors, giving us access to the baseboards, and running the bedding through the dryer.

No need for multiple treatments! When one bed bug contracts our contagious fungus disease it passes it on to all the others it comes in contact with. Our FUNGUS barrier is active for up to 3 months if it's not wiped off providing you with both a long-term effect and prevention of future outbreaks.

For cockroaches we use bait. We would put gel bait in the cupboards in the kitchen and bathrooms. For the voids in the cupboards and inside the appliances we use granular bait that has a long effective range. We also vacuum up any of the live bugs before we treat during inspection.

To prepare for treatment, the cupboards should be cleaned and free of food or crumbs. You DO NOT need to leave them empty for treatment.

Floors should be swept or vacuumed and all trash and recycling should be removed. There should be no laundry on the floor.
